This policy applies only to the above-mentioned websites of IMPERTEK SRL and their related subdomains or subdirectories (such as www.maindomain.it/subdomain), and does not apply to other external websites that users may access through any links available on the websites.

Information systems and software procedures enabling this website to function, during the normal course of their operation, acquire personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication.
This is information that is not collected for the purpose of being associated with identified data subjects, but which, by its nature, through processes and associations with data held by third parties, may allow the users to be identified.
This category includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the users that connect to the website, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the user’s operating system and computer environment.

Disclosure of data
Without prejudice to the disclosure and dissemination of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, all collected and processed data may be disclosed to:
- Subjects to which the data must be disclosed in order to fulfil a contract of which the Data Subject is party, or to fulfil pre-contractual measures taken at the request of said Data Subject and, in general, to achieve the purposes identified in this privacy policy;

The personal data may be processed by employees and collaborators appointed by the competent departments of the Undersigned, who are explicitly authorised for processing in accordance with the provisions of art. 29 of the GDPR and national legislation.
Data transfers abroad
Data are not transferred outside the European Union. Any use of technological solutions involving the transfer of data to non-EU third countries may take place only in compliance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in the presence of adequacy decisions and/or appropriate safeguards, always provided that the data subjects have enforceable rights and effective legal remedies, or provided that, on a case-by-case basis, one of the specific derogations laid down by the applicable legislation applies.
Data retention period:
The data are kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes indicated herein. In particular, the data provided will be stored in our archives pursuant to the following parameters:
- Data provided voluntarily by the user: until the service is provided or in line with any deadlines established by law; Data processed for informational, promotional and commercial purposes: 24 months;
In relation to specific statutory limitation periods, data required for the ascertainment, exercise or defence of a legal right may be subject to longer retention periods.
