This page describes how the website is managed in regards to the processing of its users’ personal data.

The privacy policy has been drawn up exclusively for the IMPERTEK SRL website and its relative sub-domains (e.g.: www.dominioprincipale.it/sottodominio), and not for other, external websites consulted by the user through any links posted in the website.
The privacy policy is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 which the European data protection authorities, gathered in the Working Party established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when the latter connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.
Who processes personal data
The Data Controller, i.e. the person who determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, is IMPERTEK SRL, with registered office in Via Po, 507 - 30022 Ceggia (VE).
Type of data processed and purpose of processing Navigation data
Information systems and software procedures enabling this website to function, during the normal course of their operation, acquire personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication.
This is information that is not collected for the purpose of being associated with identified data subjects, but which, by its nature, through processes and associations with data held by third parties, may allow the users to be identified.
This category includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the users that connect to the website, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the user’s operating system and computer environment.

Nature of the provision
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the provision of data by the User is voluntary. Failure to provide may make it impossible for IMPERTEK SRL to process the requested services.

Disclosure of data
Without prejudice to the disclosure and dissemination of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, all collected and processed data may be disclosed to:
- Subjects to which the data must be disclosed in order to fulfil a contract of which the Data Subject is party, or to fulfil pre-contractual measures taken at the request of said Data Subject and, in general, to achieve the purposes identified in this privacy policy;
- Subjects that process the data on behalf of the Data Controller in the capacity of Data Processors as per art. 28 of the GDPR, such as, but not limited to: subjects that provide services for the management of the IT system and telecommunications network (including email). - Subjects authorised to access the data by current legislation and/or to which the data must be disclosed in order to fulfil legal obligations.
The personal data may be processed by employees and collaborators appointed by the competent departments of the Undersigned, who are explicitly authorised for processing in accordance with the provisions of art. 29 of the GDPR and national legislation.
Processing of data abroad
Personal data may be transferred abroad only for the pursuit of the purposes referred to herein, or for strictly technical reasons related to the structure of the Company Information System and/or the application of technical and organisational security measures deemed appropriate by the Data Controller, and exclusively in compliance with arts. 44 et seq. GDPR (in the presence of adequacy decisions and/or appropriate safeguards, provided that the data subjects have enforceable rights and effective remedies, or provided that one of the specific derogations envisaged by the legislation is applicable).
Data retention period:
The data are kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes indicated herein. In particular, the data provided will be stored in our archives pursuant to the following parameters:
- Data provided voluntarily by the user: until the service is provided or in line with any deadlines established by law;
- Data processed for the sending of the newsletter: until request for cancellation of the service.
In relation to specific statutory limitation periods, data required for the ascertainment, exercise or defence of a legal right may be subject to longer retention periods.
The obsolescence of stored data in relation to the purposes for which it was collected is periodically checked.

The Data Subject who believes that the processing of personal data takes place in violation of the provisions of the GDPR 2016/679 has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the European Union State in which they habitually reside or work, or the place in which which the alleged violation occurred, as provided for by art. 77 GDPR 2016/679, or to take action in the appropriate judicial offices.
